Shipping precious metals and stones is about security and correct declaration, not just speed. We move jewellery, gold and diamonds on tracked services with discreet, tamper-evident packaging, and we arrange insurance to the declared value so the consignment is protected in transit.
For DMCC and other free-zone traders, we handle the gate pass and free-zone exit process alongside the shipment (see our DMCC shipping page). Declaring the true value matters — under-declaring high-value goods risks penalties and voids insurance cover.
Customs and destination rules
Precious metals and stones are watched closely at customs, and some destinations restrict or require permits for gold and high-value imports. We prepare the commercial invoice and declaration accurately and confirm the destination's requirements before shipping, so a valuable consignment isn't held or refused on arrival.
