How we handle enquiry details and packing lists

This policy applies to information submitted through ShipFromDubai quote forms, email, telephone and WhatsApp.

What we collect

We may collect contact and company details, route and cargo information, dates, commercial values, handling notes and files such as packing lists, invoices, photos or product documents.

Why we use it

We use the information to review cargo acceptance, prepare a quotation, coordinate collection and delivery, support customs and transport processes, respond to the enquiry, prevent misuse and keep an operational record.

Who may receive it

Necessary shipment information may be shared with our affiliated company Beone Logistics L.L.C., carriers, agents, customs brokers, warehouses, delivery providers, technology providers and other approved fulfilment parties involved in the requested service. We do not display Beone contact details as a separate enquiry channel.

Packing-list handling

An uploaded packing list is sent to the ShipFromDubai enquiry team as part of the quotation request. It is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to quote, operate, document or resolve the shipment and to meet legal, accounting, security or compliance obligations. When no longer required, it is deleted or placed beyond routine use according to the systems through which it was received.

Legal and safety checks

Information may be reviewed to meet carrier, customs, sanctions, dangerous-goods, security and other legal requirements. We may decline, pause or request more information for a shipment.

Your choices
