The buying situation
An opening date, banquet schedule, room turnaround or food-production requirement depends on the equipment returning to service.
Ask the service engineer to confirm the minimum part set that restores operation. For replacement machines, protect protruding connections and controls and quote the last-mile movement against the property loading route.

Senior freight check
The carrier normally charges the higher of actual and volumetric weight. Dense machinery, long pieces and oversized crates also need aircraft-fit and handling checks before confirmation.
Share the packed dimensions for every piece, plus photos or drawings where the shape or lifting method is unusual.
Air-cargo acceptance
Refrigeration circuits, gas components, cleaning chemicals and aerosols may change how the cargo is classified and accepted. Send the exact contents and safety data before the shipment is booked. Review current IATA dangerous-goods guidance.
