Senior freight check
The carrier normally charges the higher of actual and volumetric weight. Dense machinery, long pieces and oversized crates also need aircraft-fit and handling checks before confirmation.
Share the packed dimensions for every piece, plus photos or drawings where the shape or lifting method is unusual.
Battery acceptance
Battery acceptance depends on the chemistry, whether it ships alone or with equipment, its rating and other shipment details. Provide the current battery documents before collection so packing, marks, labels, documentation and airline acceptance can be checked. Read IATA’s current battery guidance.
